James C. Alfano serves as a Public Affairs Advisor at Marlowe & Company, representing cities and counties in North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, and New York. Mr. Alfano works with clients to implement comprehensive legislative strategies that target funding through both the annual appropriations process and federally administered grant programs. As director of the firm's grant department, Mr. Alfano monitors promising federal funding opportunities and works with clients to draft effective grant applications.
Prior to joining Marlowe & Company, Mr. Alfano worked for the Committee on House Administration. Mr. Alfano earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Dartmouth College in New Hampshire. James is a native of the Washington region.
