Howard Marlowe, with over 30 years of experience as a lobbyist in Washington, founded the firm in 1984. Josh Gaboton, Brian Tate and Daniel Sheehan act as lead lobbyists for many of the firm's clients, and with the other experienced members of our professional staff, bring varied Congressional experience to Marlowe & Company. In addition, the firm employs a select group of consultants who lend an experienced hand to specific client issues, often dealing directly with a variety of federal agencies and providing local representation on behalf of Marlowe & Company.
